I am a skilled professional, currently in maternity break for 1and half years, now excited to rejoin workplace and looking for a suitable opportunity.Before going to the break, I worked as business analyst in Genpact Australia for almost one and half years. It was a remediation project of one of the big 4 banks in which I assisted managers to mitigate risk by analyzing and taking proper actions to block, close and setting off balances of trust/non trust accounts, cards,merchants of our clients(Westpac, RRB) and escalating exceptios to concerned team. It had been a great opportunity for me to have as I got to know more closely about how a project works and how a great team building brings great performance. In this journey I honed my previous experience in new and diversified way as I started and continued my career for almost five years in operational retail banking which has been another best opportunity, to know how to interact with people, coping up with everyday diversity,onboarding clients, updating KYC, complain management, strengthening communication skill and handling transactional dealings. I am very proficient at multitasking in fast-paced environment maintaining deadline,accuracy and compliance.I have been always eager to work in a challenging and stimulating environment with opportunities to utilize my experience, enrich my knowledge and enhance my skills which will bring out my utmost potentiality. I believe my analytical mindset, constant dedication to my work, patience, integrity, positive and friendly manner Will guide me to the success.
