Having exposure leading an equity brokerage in the dynamic market economy of more than a decade, I have the expertise and knowledge of the industry - ready to be shared with aspiring individuals. Simultaneously, realizing the need of making a meaningful contribution in society, preparing the individuals with right set of skills and persona mandated by the financial sector is my motto. I believe in nurturing positive attitude and encouraging people to think out of the box - bringing a ray of hope in people's life. Dynamic leadership has been the desperate requirement of the continuously changing regulatory environment for the equity brokerage firm of emerging capital markets. It was my domain after my graduation in Financial Law. Working in the financial industry has given me the privilege of exploiting various avenues – I have become a family business consultant/trainer and a teacher at the university level. According to my colleagues and students, I am a good listener and have the expertise in providing appropriate and strategic solutions be it for career, personal and professional situations. Believing in having proactive approach in the business world, it is mandatory for our company to undergo organizational development process. Lewin’s Change Management Model (freeze-unfreeze-refreeze) has helped our firm in bringing necessary reforms within our operational framework – allowing us to remain competitive and up-to-date with the latest market requirements. I have worked with many high net worth individuals with regard to wealth management, as a result of which I have been exposed to numerous family business cases to learn and guide accordingly. My overall experience evolves around financial service industry, managing investment portfolios and dealing with family wealth of several business leaders. Consulting with business families, it has been my passion to structure financial governance models, which has been the need of the time for the Family Owned Businesses.
