I am a Chartered Accountant and a PwC alumnus with over 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategy. Currently, I am the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK), a market leader in the production of BOPP, CPP, and BOPET Films, operating across multiple territories. As a strategic finance leader, I oversee the financial affairs of IPAK, including financial planning and analysis, corporate governance, budget management, treasury management, ERP implementation, and investor relations. I also spearhead the financial aspects of the company's expansion strategy, including capital raising activities such as IPOs. Under my leadership, IPAK has achieved exponential growth and profitability, resulting in a remarkable 400% increase in its total asset base and a 300% growth in equity size, coupled with sustained year-to-year profitability. I have also led numerous business innovation initiatives to enhance the company's product portfolio, operational efficiency, and market share. My passion is to leverage my expertise in manufacturing finance and multi-regional operations to drive IPAK's vision of becoming a global leader in the packaging industry.
