Currently I am working as an Operational Executive at Bold Security Group since August 2020. I am managing company guards, schedules, and timesheets, communicates with clients to provide appropriate solutions, and responds quickly to security issues or events.Previously, I worked as an IT Specialist at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina Pre-Opening in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from September 2019 to July 2020. He joined the hotel four months before the opening, setting up the server room, monitoring and coordinating server installations, and configuring software and network for PCs and laptops. I supervised various projects, including POS devices, IPTV, and guest room key lock system. Moreover, I managed IT inventory and prepared IT SOPs and audit documents.I also worked as an IT Support Agent at Crowne Plaza Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, from June 2016 to December 2018. I provided hardware and software support, handled guest internet complaints, and supported the installation of new RF door lock systems. I was responsible for implementing corporate IT policies, preparing month-end IT reports, and conducting IT audits.Before that, I worked as an AV Technician at Alghurair Ryhan & Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai from 2013 to 2015. I was in charge of production setup, making sure all AV equipment was in place, and handling more than one function at the same time. I also worked as an AV Technician at Serena Hotel Islamabad in Pakistan from 2012 to 2013, where I attended daily meetings with F&B or Sales for function requirements.I holds a B-Tech Electronics degree from Preston University Islamabad, Pakistan, completed in 2020. I also has a DAE Electronics (Diploma of Associate Engineering) from SWEDISH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, completed in 2010. Furthermore, I completed my Matric from Saint Paul's Cambridge school.
