Construction activities in international building system factory achieved high safety standards, and been instrumental in attaining high amounts of project safe man-hours without a lost time incident during employment at various projects, through training, motivation and personal leadership. Inspect construction and pre commisioning activities to identify potential hazards and advise management/supervisors/workers the risk factor involved with the particular activity and the corrective measures to be adopted. Report unsafe act and conditions and initiate corrective action. Investigate all near misses, incidents, accidents and identify the root cause. Good knowledge of computers and proficient in report writing and making power point presentations. Making structure of identical buildings, manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders and jacks, repairing of ball valves, structural erection, building construction, excavation works, scaffolding works, welding & hot works & Monitoring PTW activities.
