Worked 2 years on technical support where I started to develop my research and analytic skills by age 19. Understanding motherboards, processors, chipset, firmware, graphics, OS and drivers; and how to provide proper troubleshooting steps to find final resolution (hardware or software). Experience developing decision making portals for financial assistance programs and providing final determinations using JavaScript or Experian own internal language. Learned to configure PDF forms to work with the portals developed using Adobe Acrobat Pro or Nitro PDF. Configured multiple API setups and tested them using Postman, several of these configurations where JSON, XML or HL7 which is used in the US healthcare business. Had to jump into multiple calls with clients to help troubleshoot possible connection issues related to the API configuration. Configured multiple batches where different inputs were processed to provide many outputs. Used internal code language to create custom output files and responses. Used SQL to retrieve data for the batch configurations, ran stored procedures to retrieve data for the batch configurations. For the past 2 years I've been as well working as a Java Support/Develop engineer creating Java code to convert multiple sort of files and formats to XML which are later loaded into databases. Supported and created SQL Server extracts using Java to load the data and then convert to XML successfully. Maintained versioning of the Java project with GIT linked to Bitbucket and Jira. Worked in Scrum Sprints of 2 week and daily Scrum calls. Created/updated XML DB model files as part of the Java project to retrieve the extracts data in Java. Created/updated XML map files to successfully map and create the correct XML output file. Researched client’s databases and tables to find chunks of data we need to create the XML that is then later used to load the DB. Used Unix to run the Java extracts and verify XML files are created remotely and successfully.
