Moises has over 20 years of experience in leadership and and management consulting of Global Supply Chains & IT / ERP Teams (SAP and Oracle), driving holistic Regional/USMCA footprint transformations (from Asia to NorthAm), managing P&L/Balance Sheet objectives, and spearheading Supply Chain/Lean and IT Strategic Roadmaps. He has program managed material cost reduction and inventory optimization efforts, Lean Kaizen events /Six Sigma projects, and driven IT ERP implementations/process improvements in Supply Chains (SAP S/4 & Oracle R12). Prior to his global role at NCH/PPG leading Supply Chain Planning/M&A and IT strategic initiatives, Moises was a management consultant at PwC / PRTM. He delivered transformational business/operational results for clients in the medical device, biopharma, electronics, and plastics industries. He conducted supply chain and data management engagements for a wide range of companies, including Fortune 500 firms and start-ups. Moises started his career at GE, as a graduate of the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where he led various supply chain management projects and material cost reduction initiatives, including strategic sourcing and supporting Oracle ERP projects. As a Six Sigma/Lean certified Black Belt, Moises led supply chain process improvements, approved GE corporate testing requirements, and coached Green Belts to achieve their Six Sigma certification. During his experience in Lean implementations, he led over 10 Lean Kaizen events including two coached by a Sensei from the renowned Shingijitsu Corp. Moises is Black Belt certified by GE, CPIM certified by APICS, and is fluent in Spanish. He co-authored the articles,"Delivering on Data"(PwC/PRTM Insight, Q1 2009) and "Factoring Singapore Into the Biopharmaceutical Expansion Equation (PwC/PRTM Perspectives, Q4 2009)."
