I am responsible for leading the Group Credit function to identify, assess, monitor and make timely and measured judgments on all current and potential future risks faced by ADCB in order to protect the employees, assets and reputation of the Group, and to grow shareholder value and profitability. The Chief Credit Officer is responsible for the following: 1) Wholesale Credit 2) Retail Banking & Wealth Management Risk; 3) Work Out Team 4) Documentation and 5) Collections- more than 600 team members.
