About Mojca Mak

As an integration Project Manager on 1.1.2021 I successfully finished the bigest and challenging integration project in Slovenia - integration of 2 largest banks in Slovenia - Abanka and NKBM. In 2019 only in one year time, I successfully finished a historical project in Slovenia- implementation of a new core system in NKBM. Before that in 2 years time I successfully integrated 2 banks (PBS and KBS into NKBM). All projects finished on time and successful. My career path took me from a clerk to the alternate board member of the Post bank (Poštna banka Slovenije – PBS), in NKBM first as an Authorized Officer of Management Board for process optimization, than a Head of Organization and Process Management and in the same time a Project Leader. Because of difficulty of project I handed over the leading of the Sector with focus on the projects. In the past I was involved as a leader or a deputy in a lot of similar projects so I have a lot of experiences. All projects had been finished successfully. I have almost 33 years of banking work experience, out of that more than 25 years of leadership experiences. I am a Trainer for business, operation tasks, Client Excellence. In my work, the emphasis has always been on employees because I firmly believe that the employees are the most critical element of success and great results. It is therefore imperative that the employees are able to develop constantly, since hard work and improved capacities are a huge added value to the company's value. By empowering people to accept and take over responsibility and considering the abilities of each individual and their personality, they can deliver better results and make excellent projects. The power of the company can be built by setting up and maintaining quality and promoting the culture of respect, trust and open dialogue.
