About Mojtaba Ghaemi

I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with approx. 18 years’ experience in Drafting, Reverse Engineering and Design. I hold technical qualifications including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering Applied Design, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Drawing and Designing Technology Engineering and Advanced Diploma in General Drawing – Industrial Drawing and Design.As a Design Engineer I have been responsible for redesigning building structure based light gauge steel and performing load analysis for all loads and deflections. I prepare 3D models of buildings, 2D layouts, section views, details and fabrication drawings. With an expertise in delivering projects across the project lifecycle from early-stage development to operational delivery, I develop and optimise concept designs, allocate resources, and manage quality, safety, budget and timelines. I have worked on several projects acros various industries including part of a R&D unit checking the technical details, modelling, drafting and documenting of tractors including Front gearbox, Differential Axels, Brake System and fold and weld parts. I have also drafted and detailed structures of steel buildings and gates of a dam. Highly skilled in modelling and designing, I have used software such as Inventor, AutoCAD, FrameCAD, Mechanical Desktop, SolidWorks, and CATIA. I am also skilled in time planning, controlling project progress, providing reports and documentation, engineering release notes, models and work instructions utilising MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
