I am a Virtual Assistant and a Customer Service Expert. I can help you with your business! I have worked in the BPO industry for 9 years and 2 years working remotely. I am a dedicated, passionate person who has keen attention to detail. I had different roles which have had a major influence on me to enhance my skills. I have experience with taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and answering emails. In my most recent role as a POC, I strengthen my analytical thinking and exhibit keen attention to detail. I provide observations and come up with action plans to help achieve the team’s goal. And due to my proficiency with our process, I also supported the training of the New-Hires, this includes creating a roadmap and process learning. Aside from my skills working as a customer service expert, I am also handling social media for small businesses. My task is to make content to promote the brand. I use Canva and Capcut to design creative graphics and layouts. I am knowledgeable in managing social media platforms such as Facebook page, Instagram, and Tiktok as I am also in charge of answering inquiries, posting and content writing, and processing orders. Business and history interest me. Anything related to business captures my attention, and I love reading about history.
