I am the Research and Product Development Lead at Pulze Digital, based in Budapest, Hungary Together with the team, we design educational trainings that strengthen digital capabilities across organizations internationally. With a strong background in research, training, and professional development, I strive to create impactful learning experiences and educational products that drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous growth. I hold a BSc in Mathematics, an MSc in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Education. My focus is on connecting theory with practice, ensuring that insights are both academically grounded and practically relevant. Fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh, with working proficiency in Hungarian, I bring an international and multicultural perspective to workforce training and product development.
