I am an Account Manager at PlayPlay, the online video creation platform that enables communication teams to turn any message into a compelling video. In my current role, I work with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Sales Development Representative at PlayPlay, where I contributed to the platform's growth and recognition as a world-class technology leader. I have a Masters of Science in Digital Business, Data Analysis and Management from SKEMA Business School, and a strong background in marketing, business analytics, and international marketing. Backed with a multicultural background, fluency in Arabic, French, and English, and certifications in Portuguese and Spanish, I bring in an adaptative mindset to any organisation I join. I was formerly a Marketing and Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Schneider Electric, where I created a competitive intelligence infrastructure, supported key account managers, and performed consumer insights analyses.
