About Molla Mitiku

Molla has about 24 years of experience as expert and different managerial positions in water and water related activities in governmental, Nongovernmental (local and international) organizations. His motivation and performance is very good from small scale at his junior level to high/complex scale at senior and managerial level. In addition to his major area of expertise in hydrogeology, he has vast experience in programs and project development, implementation, networking; and managing the planning, design, implementation, construction and contract management, monitoring, evaluation, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and WASH in aforementioned organizations. Currently, he is working as water construction and supervision officer at The Carter Center Ethiopia. As a managerial level; sympathy, exemplary, showing by doing discipline, compassionate leading and teamwork were his value for his subordinates; and hardworking, ethics, cooperation punctuality are also his values in all area of activities.
