About Mollie Hengel

I am a third year Criminal Justice undergraduate student at Iowa State University with a minor in Spanish and predicted to graduate in May of 2019. I am interested in corrections, specifically with juveniles and seeking a job to relate my education to the Criminal Justice field. I am a highly driven, accountable individual. I am committed to my work and wish to get things done well and in an organized fashion. Meeting goals and working with others are strengths of mine. I have nine years of experience working with children. Babysitting and Nanning were jobs that developed my love for kids. For two years, I have been employed at GAP and continue to be employed with them today as a part time gig. Presently at college, I am employed as a test proctor through the Testing Centers at Iowa State University. Extracurricular activities have been a major influence in my character. My sorority Alpha Phi has given me several leadership positions such as, being involved with Red Dress Gala, Director of Sisterhood, and Bid Day committee member. The Criminal Justice Club on campus cultivated my interest of the Criminal Justice field by presenting the array of careers available with a Criminal Justice degree. DubH Hip Hop Club is a way to escape daily life and let loose, which contributes to me being social and able to communicate easily with anyone. Being involved and keeping busy is what I prefer. As someone interested in the Criminal Justice field, I would love to learn more about how I can use my skills to the best of my ability in your company.
