I’m a mission-driven professional with over 8 years of experience working at the intersection of education, workforce development, and nonprofit operations. I’ve had the privilege of supporting first-generation college students, immigrant professionals, and students with disabilities — helping them access the tools, services, and opportunities they need to thrive. Across every role, my focus has been the same: building inclusive systems, coordinating meaningful programs, and showing up with clarity, care, and follow-through. My path has taken me from leading special education and literacy programs in NYC schools, to designing job readiness coaching and workshops for a national workforce nonprofit, to managing internal communications and workforce tech tools at a community arts organization. I love building order from chaos — whether that means streamlining processes, improving team communication, or making sure people feel supported and seen as they do hard work. I bring a people-first mindset to everything I do, along with a strong operational lens and a calm, resourceful presence. I thrive in collaborative environments and feel most energized when I’m helping mission-driven work move forward with clarity and purpose.
