After nearly a decade of working in the beauty industry, I'm ready to take a leap. I am passionate about not only customer service, but a costumer experience. I am passionate about trends, styles, and most importantly helping others find their confidence. Aiding people in self care and self love is a beautiful thing, so why limit myself to only hair? I bring a comprehensive set of skills that I believe will be valuable to many retail based businesses. While working in beauty, I honed my abilities in sales and conflict resolution, providing a firm foundation for growth. My people-centric nature and compassion have afforded me excellent leadership skills that I hope will benefit co-workers and customers alike. I am excited to contribute my experience and proficiency in communication toward team efforts. As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in customer service, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset throughout my career. I feel as thought these skills are easily transferable to any sales position or retail environment. Covid-19 has had heavy impact in the beauty industry, like many other industries. I'm grateful for this time of reflection which has allowed me to recognize the changes I'd like to make in my life and career. After months of checking my emails with fingers crossed, I have yet to be called back to work. This solidified my interest in widening my horizons out of beauty, and into fashion. I am eager to see what this journey brings!
