I am Molly Benoit, a strategic solutions-oriented event and project manager who uses my intuitive ability to create, organize, and execute each stage of private and corporate events with a spirit of excellence. I am a motivated leader but also function well as a loyal dedicated team player. Empathy is my top strength which serves as a driving force behind the design to personalize events for each client. I can keep events and projects on schedule toward a path to success using effective time management, industry experience and determination. One part of an events atmosphere is flowers. My passion for floral design was realized early in life while working in a family florist business surrounded by the beauty of flowers. It has been said that if you enjoy the work in your career, you will never work a day in your life. I am grateful to share my joy with others by creating beauty in the special events for all celebrations of life.
