I have over 20 plus years of customer service especially in the medical field. I have been a Patient Service Rep since 2001 when I started working at my first doctors office. I truly enjoy working with and helping others. My husband and I opened up Go Baby Go a infant store in Columbia, MO in 2014 and I really had the chance to feed my inner customer service guru and enjoyed teaching classes in cloth diapering, car seat safety, and baby-wearing as well as helping new parents start the road to parenthood, it truly was a dream come true!
