About Molly Casey Hepler

RESULTS ORIENTED - PROACTIVE THINKER…AGILE STRATEGIST Creative Focused and Establishes rapport quickly to meet people where they are. I started my career in teaching and still use those skills as a 25 year business development professional. My venture into the senior living industry began in 2016 when I joined Spectrum as a sales consultant s assisting an equity based Life Plan Community with two expansions. As a consultant I have participated in many marketing and operational objectives in order to represent the community, however. my focus has been on the sale and delivery of two midrise buildings with 114 condominium style residences. My ability to learn quickly and my natural tenacity to never give up has helped me exceed sales projections annually. After 25 years in business development I use all my experience to educate clients and assist them on their journey to find the right Life Plan Community for them. If you focus on enriching the lives of seniors increased occupancy will follow.
