I feel the overall customer experience from initial contact and sale, through the entire life cycle of the customer, is imperative to the overall success of a business. Whatever can be done to ensure customer longevity should be done. For example, having a team dedicated to proactive customer service, retention and upgrades! A hybrid team like that, provides a company with the ability to get ahead of any potential cancellations and flatten the attrition curve. Outbound efforts help keep customers feeling taken care of and retains a customer much longer for the company. My professional background is in leadership, training, customer support, retention and inside sales. I currently run the business development team for Frontpoint Security. My team is a 100% remote, outbound call center team, that works in coordination with the marketing team in an effort to upgrade our customers. We are seeing amazing success already, having only started the team 3 months ago and I’m excited for the business development team to keep benefiting Frontpoint’s overall success.
