About Molly Flanagan

Molly is dedicated to helping others fulfill their potential and thrive. As an educator, she has a unique capacity to connect with people and inspire them to work toward common goals. Her ability to observe needs, envision improvements, and engage the strengths of others, supports everything she does—from language teaching and learning design to working to improve the lives of animals. Molly seeks meaningful work in support of a more compassionate, sustainable world for Molly has spent much of the last twenty-five years doing educational consulting and teaching English to people from around the world. Having lived in different cultures and learned multiple languages, she is sensitive to diverse perspectives and builds community through inclusive communication. She takes great care to design engaging learning experiences and especially enjoys one-on-one coaching and instructional/learning design. Molly is also passionate about elevating the interests and needs of other animals—which are often unheard. She has been involved in sanctuary and rescue, as well as advocacy and activism. She’s most proud of supporting the healing of animals recovering from trauma, training a strong community of Pigeon care allies, and organizing a national campaign to prevent the killing of local wildlife. Ongoing commitments include mindfulness in nature, trans-species psychology, and finding ways to nurture more reverence for all forms of life.
