As a Registered Nurse, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings. My career began in Homecare, where I provided compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This experience taught me the importance of building strong relationships with patients and their families, as well as the value of effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.After several years in Homecare, I transitioned to the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room. Here, I honed my critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as my ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. I also gained a deep appreciation for the importance of teamwork and the need for clear and concise communication in emergency situations.Most recently, I have been working in Care Management, where I serve as the Director for AMM/JCMC. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing a team of Nurses, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants. While ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care possible. I work closely with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.Throughout my career, I have remained committed to providing patient-centered care that is grounded in evidence-based practice. I am passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in nursing, and I am always looking for ways to improve the care that I provide to my patients.
