I am currently the Claims Intake Coordinator at Ten Four Truck Insurance. All incoming claims are routed through me for assignment to various adjusters. I also handle windshield claims and Emergency Roadside Assistance claims. I was previously the Administrative/Claims Assistant at AIA, LLC, an independent insurance adjusting firm in Omaha, NE. My duties included preparing all correspondence to insureds, claimants, and carrier representatives, including the reports for claims; additionally, I diary out our files, keep timesheets, direct phone calls, transcribe interviews, process billing, and various other duties as assigned. I am fluent in Word, Excel, and Outlook. I have completed an 8-hour introductory course in Xactimate. I am also an experienced Computer Operator with a demonstrated history of working in the gambling & casinos industry.
