About Molly Goodwin

I have an incredible passion for our industry and our people. During the course of my career, I have cultivated a bevy of skills and talents related to the technical running of a large-scale musical. However, I believe managing the people involved in the production be of the utmost importance. I feel strongly the show is only good as my people – their hearts, and minds, and spirits. It’s imperative I lead in a way that illustrates the strong, inclusive, safe, fun backstage culture I desire for the whole company. I have been working toward becoming a vibrant member of Equity for two decades. I would love the opportunity to bring my strong show-calling and interpersonal communication skills, steep learning curve and the ability to adapt quickly to your company. I would love to support a PSM with confidence in day-to-day activities including the show’s ever-changing line-up and distributing cast change information, scheduling, reports, calling the show, and running deck tracks, while simultaneously learning the intricacies of the Equity agreement(s). I am active team player able to multi-task easily and remain calm in fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environments. I follow direction well, and I can lead groups successfully. I am an empathetic listener and a diplomatic, tactful manager. Organizational skills, self-motivation, a team-oriented attitude, positivity, and a sense of humor are among my personal and professional contributions. Through education and experience, I've gained the skills of an artistic technician, a keen mind for logistics, and a strong passion for live theatre. I would love to bring my skills, talents, and warm, positive nature to your company, as I continue to grow my professional experience.
