About Molly Greene

Strategist, advisor, and leader with 20 years of experience working at the intersection of advocacy, narrative change, and impact. I feel most powerful when I am empowering others and most excited when I am dreaming big ideas into existence. For two decades, I have built and led campaigns that move the needle on social and political issues across democracy, justice, and civil rights sectors. My unique approach to projects big and small blends narrative, advocacy, legal, and organizing strategies to maximize efficacy and impact. From designing and implementing initiatives to address food security, to overseeing voter protection programs and campaigns to increase access to the polls, to founding and leading an award-winning nonprofit newsroom, my work reflects my commitment to improving the systems, policies, and institutions that impact people’s lives. I believe that creating healthier and more supportive environments leads to better impact. I've had the pleasure to speak on my care-centered leadership and work building innovative workplaces at the Online News Association, Institute for Nonprofit News, SRCCON, and the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY.
