I have over fifteen years of experience in Commercial real estate Facilities and Project Management. My past projects as a landlord/owner’s representative include office and retail tenant improvements, medical clinic build outs, a Veterinary Clinic Expansion, move management and furniture reconfiguration. This includes efficient budget administration to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget along with organized leadership to manage project teams including clients, architects, general contractors and sub-contractors for successful outcomes. My meticulous attention to correspondence and effective collaboration skills between diverse teams is evident in the fact that clients consistently comment on my timely and accurate responses.
