About Molly Joseph

I lead teams in designing marketing websites as user-centered digital products that serve both businesses and end users. My work focuses on scaling production, improving client experience, and delivering conversion rates above industry average. As a Senior Web Designer at Planet DDS, I design and build high-converting, responsive websites for dentists and DSOs, while leading product design projects that optimize workflows and boost team productivity. I consistently manage multiple projects at high velocity without compromising quality — helping our team deliver websites in 30 days or less, every time. I’m passionate about turning messy inputs into clear strategy, whether that’s through user research, discovery workshops, prototyping, or building scalable design systems. I’ve implemented UX processes and client presentations that reduced edits by 98% and created measurable lift in conversion performance. What I bring: Product Thinking & Strategy: Translating business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes User-Centered Design Leadership: Facilitating workshops, leading teams, designing systems, improving client experience Execution at Scale: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering consistent, high-quality results Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Building trust through clear communication, presentations, and data-backed recommendations
