About Molly Kappes

As a student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Software Engineering, my current studies are full of technical rigor. In particular, I’m excited by the topics of cybersecurity and data analytics. I plan to graduate with a double minor in Informatics and Dance, which both reflect personal passions of mine. Informatics has given me the opportunity to explore the intersection of tech and human values, while Dance allows me to embody my creativity. In terms of what’s upcoming, I’m excited and proud to be a member of the first cohort of the Southeast Asian Pasts and Futures learning circle, where we will be focusing on decolonization and the celebration of cultural strength and resilience. Besides this, I’m always looking for more opportunities to further explore my interests and develop my professional skills.
