About Molly Ketcham

I am the Global Managing Director of Health and Safety for Accenture. In this role I am responsible for setting the policies, programs and V&A activities around corporate health and safety for 650+ global facilities and employees. Prior to this role I was the Senior Director of Strategic Planning & Business Operations in Accenture Federal Services. In that role I was responsible for overseeing consistent internal executive positioning and information for the organization, corporate strategy development. I provided leadership and direction for programs that support execution of our business strategy and drive operational excellence related to enterprise-level programs, was responsible for all AFS workplace solutions & facilities in North America, and was the Chief of Staff to the AFS Chief Executive. I was also the AFS Managing Director for the DC Metro Leadership Council. My professional background has focused on Real Estate, Business Operations, Risk Management, Change management practice, providing expertise to direct strategy design, plan development and execution of organizational design and change programs.
