About Molly Logan

The common thread running through my career is a passion for helping clients, colleagues, and stakeholders succeed. At every inflection point and in every career decision, I’ve come back to this theme and it’s what drives me to do my best work. The first ten years of my career were spent in financial services in client service focused roles at State Street Global Advisors and Merrill Lynch. As I grew in my career from sales assistant to Vice President, Wealth Management, I consistently sought out opportunities to tap into my intellectual curiosity, build relationships, and create processes and programs that would benefit both my clients and our team internally. In these roles, I played an active role in building teams as well as training to help stakeholders develop professionally and navigate complex processes After my children were born, I took on community leadership roles including raising funds for the Parent Teacher Organization and building partnerships between caregivers and educators. During this time I also managed programming for the local tennis club and was an active volunteer at the food pantry. This enthusiasm for community involvement led to a new chapter of my career as an Administrative Assistant at Sudbury Public Schools. At Sudbury Public Schools I honed my skillset in comprehensive administrative support while also becoming a go-to resource for onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and creating a welcoming community for students, families, and staff. Combining my business background with a natural inclination towards service was an ideal fit and allowed me to thrive in the role, taking on additional responsibilities while supporting school leadership.
