I understand primary and secondary data, and their nuances, and how data can be leveraged to answer key business questions and meet forecast expectations. I work with leadership, and end users, to ensure there is a clear data strategy by starting with the end in mind to ensure analytics can be successful and fruitful. As a Senior Director at Axtria, I led project teams, focusing on customer engagement design. With over 5 years of experience in this role, I have developed expertise in targeting and segmentation, size and structure, pull-through analytics, omnichannel marketing analytics, market access data procurement and analytics, and contracting analytics and reporting. I am passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and optimize customer experiences. Prior to joining Axtria, I held leadership roles in sales planning and analytics at Dova Pharmaceuticals and Cempra Pharmaceuticals, where I managed sales force size and structure, segmentation, targeting, call planning, market data purchases, commercial operations capabilities, sales force incentive design and compensation, and third-party reporting vendors. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Charleston Southern University.
