About Molly Norris

As a current student athlete of Rollins, I am dedicated to applying myself to my academics, athletics, and extracurriculars in a way that benefits my future and reflects who I am as a person. Due to the unique past I have with moving frequently, playing many sports, and being a transfer student, I carry a special set of skills. I am competitive, quick to adapt, fast at problem solving, and comfortable being uncomfortable. Also, I firmly believe in maintaining a strong moral compass as I am passionate about fairness and equality in all pieces of life. I started my college experience at Barton Community College, where I was a two-time Presidents list student, Phi Theta Kappa member, two-time Academic All-American, Academic Integrity Ambassador, and member of the volleyball team. Achieving these positions and awards taught me the value of meaningful hard work, importance of community, and the impact I could have when I devote myself to the things I am passionate about.As I continue my journey through college, I hope to find more opportunities to give back to the people and community around me, while also expanding my knowledge on various topics. My aspirations are to pursue law school after Rollins and eventually become a certified MLB agent. As for now, I hope to take my previous work experience and be able to efficiently and effectively apply it to jobs and internships that will assist me in the future. Overall, I wish to advance my material knowledge, gain valuable applicable work experience, and most importantly grow as an individual.
