About Molly Obrien

I am a Returned Peace Corps volunteer, Trinity Fellow, and lifelong social justice advocate that seeks to empower and collaborate with others through a greater understanding of each other. I enjoy connecting people together and engaging in great work. I have worked in nonprofit and international settings, seeking to learn about other cultures through hands on and engaged learning. I have a desire to serve others and work towards the betterment of society, through diversity, equity and inclusion and community engagement work. I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from Jordan and Thailand. My passion for serving others has led me to pursue a Master's degree in Public Service with a focus in non-profit management from Marquette University. I have been awarded a prestigious Trinity Fellowship, a competitive graduate fellowship focused on social and economic justice. During my time as a Fellow, I have served as the Homeowner Support Fellow at Milwaukee Habitat for Humanity. Interests and passions: cultural intelligence, equity, social justice, community engagement, volunteerism, international experiences, refugee engagement, writing, reading, and self-improvement through education and fitness.
