About Molly Runyon

I have eight years of experience working in retail, with many of those years overlapping in positions. I have been promoted in two different stores that I have worked in, and travelled to surrounding stores for additional help. I was awarded many certificates for outstanding work, and mentioned in retail newsletters company-wide for coming up with ideas to enhance sales. The almost decade spent working behind a register, team-leading and bookkeeping practices gave me strengths in communication, delegating, and organization. During my Residency (student teaching), I worked as a substitute. I began substituting for my school system that December before graduating college. My days have since been spent in multiple surrounding schools, learning new names and faces each day. This has helped me gain confidence, build relationships with children in my community, and practice different classroom management strategies.
