With a solid foundation in pediatric and adult emergency care, my role extends to being a dedicated Safety Coach, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. My certifications in Emergency Nursing (CEN) and Pediatric Emergency Nursing (CPEN) complement my skills in leading teams and managing high-stakes situations effectively. My roles as and preceptor allow me the ability to help facilitate the work-flow through the department, develop new throughput innovations with management while also having a hand in educating oncoming nurses thoroughly.
