About Molly Sears

Helping with a home search requires the knowledge and understanding of both the market and the people you are working with. I take pride in knowing my clients' wants and needs and helping them to be comfortable with our real estate market. I have been listing and selling real estate since 1985. I've watched the growth in Seattle and on the Eastside take off; our home values and economy have remained strong. Over time our area has delivered outstanding returns on real estate investments. I'd be happy to help you with your plans. I believe in the importance of delivering tremendous customer service and working hard for you. I am well versed with Bellevue, the Eastside and the greater Seattle markets. I know where the hidden treasures are and the special areas that might interest you. I understand commuting concerns, differences in school districts and community lifestyles. I want to advocate for you and your family and help you achieve your real estate goals.
