About Molly Shepherd

As a Learning Engagement Coordinator at Marbles Kids Museum, I manage and deliver school field trip learning lab programs, as well as assist with the delivery of MasterMinds presentations and family events. I facilitate child-led play in museum exhibits to enhance the learning experience for the team and guests. I work with various partners and stakeholders to plan and coordinate events and programs that align with the museum's mission and vision. With a M.A. in Elementary Education and a B.A. in Design, I combine my skills and knowledge of digital learning, interior design, marketing, and storytelling to create engaging and memorable learning experiences for the viewers. I use various learning management systems, such as Nearpod, FlipGrid, and Google Classroom, and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, to design and deliver virtual classroom interiors that are functional, purposeful, and aesthetically pleasing. I also use my natural sales and communication skills to motivate and inspire the viewers to become passionate lifelong learners of various curriculum topics. I am a creative innovator and a technology enthusiast who strives to incorporate new and exciting technology that increases the viewer experience, engagement, and interaction. I am a mediator and a problem solver who considers the needs, wants, and goals of all stakeholders and provides effective and immediate solutions. I am passionate about reaching and educating viewers and creating a buzz with my unique and authentic instruction.
