I’m the Commercial Lines Manager at USI for Washington and Idaho. In this role I lead the company’s service operations and standards, overseeing a team of commercial team leads responsible for managing all middle market commercial service staff. Before joining USI, I worked at HUB in a similar role and prior to that a regional MGA for over 9 years. I was lucky enough to gain insight into agency operations, commercial underwriting, excess and surplus lines markets, operations management and quality process analysis. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other operations and process managers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, the greatest satisfaction I receive is working with my teams in a collaborative way to help improve our workflows, procedures and processes to help progress our internal operations in order to increase the service we provide to our clients.
