Molly leads L.E.K. Consulting's Solutions team, focused on developing and delivering the best solutions for our clients. She leads L.E.K.'s Data & Analytics, Knowledge Management, Information + Research, and Market Insights teams, to ensure all case teams have access to best in class resources, techniques, and support. She also leads initiatives supporting the way that we work as a firm, including leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and other cutting edge tools, techniques, and capabilities. Prior to this role, Molly was a Principal in the Consumer practice, leading consulting engagements and teams. Molly has also held strategy and analytics roles within Wayfair and Xero, and completed her Masters in Business Analytics from NYU Stern. Molly has a particularly strong interest in the intersection of AI, business strategy, and operations / leadership. Molly enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors.
