About Molly Thomson

I am a motivated, passionate and pro-active Sociology graduate from the University of Edinburgh, having graduated with an upper 2:1 degree in July 2020. My aspiration for equality and fairness in all spheres of life has been a driving force in any research I have previously carried out throughout my studies at University, during my time working within the customer service industry and through my experience of voluntary work with the organisation Social Bite. My previous research has involved the perceptions of homelessness from the position of the law enforcement, perceptions, stigmatisation and lived experiences of sex workers in Edinburgh, and the Sociology of emotions and intimate relationships in the context of families. My focus has always been to continue to learn and develop myself to be the best I can be. I enjoy working in roles which require interaction with peers and achieving objectives with a positive attitude.
