About Molly Williamson

I have had the unique privilege of pursuing both of my greatest passions in life: service and empowerment. From the age of 14 to 32, I immersed myself in the food service industry, where I cultivated my leadership, HR, self-management, and customer empathy skills. Serving others through food was my first love, and it instilled in me a deep appreciation for connection, communication, and community. However, my true calling emerged over the past ten years—empowering individuals with disabilities and their families. At FACT Oregon, I have dedicated myself to providing families with the knowledge, resources, and advocacy skills they need to navigate special education and disability services. Through training, direct support, and community partnerships, I work every day to ensure that families feel confident and capable in pursuing whole and fulfilling lives. With a strong foundation in leadership, training development, and advocacy, I thrive in roles that allow me to educate, uplift, and create lasting impact. My experience in both service and advocacy has shaped me into a compassionate, resourceful, and strategic professional who is always ready to support, guide, and empower others.
