About Mon Yee

A fast learner, self starter and enjoy learning as path of life. I am a very effective and organised person. A friendly personality for fellow colleagues and friend. Enjoy explore new things or learning in life. Was not educated as IT person but I am a Math trained person and I had picked up my IT skills in my working life. My ex-students will be a good witness to me as how I was an educator who change their life in learning the subject that they enjoyed and be a better person in their life.Started a new job and challenge myself to upgrade to work in the field of IT in 2020 during the beginning of pandemic. I managed the whole school ICT portfolio and asset management by myself as HOD moved out in June 2021. I re-organised all the processes and tighten the arrangement of the lease which allow us to track the school ICT owned items. I managed the approved fund for all ICT maintenance and purchases. I completed 3 big projects and installations for the school through ITQ system.in the short period of 2 years, I picked up skills such as procurement, asset management, dealing with vendors, planning for maintenance and installation, maintenance of ssoe devices, administration task for all the MOE related portals, educating users on the software or skill for their work and more.
