About Mona Bhargava

With over 20 years of experience in internal communications, project management, HR outsourcing, and people development, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and contributing to a variety of strategic initiatives. My approach to leadership is grounded in empathy, continuous learning, and the belief that a supportive environment helps individuals and teams thrive. In my current role as Communications Lead, I work closely with talented communicators, designers, and creatives to develop and execute internal communication strategies that connect and engage teams across the globe. My goal is to help ensure our colleagues are informed, aligned, and able to collaborate effectively in an ever-changing work environment. As a Certified NLP Coach and Mindfulness & Happiness Coach, I am passionate about helping individuals build emotional resilience and mindfulness. These practices are important not only for personal wellbeing but also for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Outside of work, I’m a theatre enthusiast who enjoys using storytelling as a tool for connection and creative expression.
