Strategic campaigner: I have deep experience developing and implementing state level legislative campaigns to achieve policy change. Including: managing coalitions of unusual suspects, political, organizing/targeting, a clear understanding of legislative procedures, and social media strategy. I have managed winning policy campaigns in 8 state legislatures, most recently, the 2013 campaign repealing the death penalty in Maryland and the 2015 campaign repealing the death penalty in Nebraska. Creative campaigner: My campaigning experience includes developing national/international long term campaigns with policy and grassroots goals across sectors with an eye to large format visuals for events/demonstrations or other public showcase opportunities. Non-profit development: Assist non-profit organizations on organizational management, internal systems, on-boarding staff, and grant writing. Experienced trainer facilitator and workshop designer: My training specialities are simulations, participatory workshops and trainings geared towards combining a skill with an issue. Develop human rights curriculum for use in high school and college classrooms.
