I help bridge the gap between people and process to build workplaces where everyone can thrive. My work centers on making organizations more inclusive, effective, and ready for the future. With a foundation in Human Resources and a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I design strategies that move beyond conversation to create real, measurable impact. I believe inclusion isn’t a side initiative—it’s essential to how great organizations operate and grow. In my current roles as Assistant Director of Talent Development and Adjunct Professor of Human Resources, I blend practitioner experience with an educator’s perspective. I’ve had the privilege of supporting organizations like Campbell Soup Company, Sonic Corporation, Insurica, and SNHU, helping them strengthen hiring equity, workplace culture, and employee engagement. I’ve also worked alongside local and state agencies on initiatives focused on inclusive hiring, harassment prevention, and improving representation for historically underrepresented groups. As a published author and keynote speaker, I love sharing insights that make inclusion actionable—whether with HR professionals building their skills or senior leaders shaping organizational strategy. At the heart of it all, I’m driven by one goal: helping people and systems work better together. Empowerment-oriented: I see potential and help individuals navigate complexity, not just fix problems.
