About Mona Jane Marcos

Mona Jane, a 2nd generation Filipinx American & SF Bay Area Native, acquired a BA in Fine Art, Studio Art Production Emphasis. She attended SF State for their Ethnic Studies program, studied Hospitality Management, and supports Community Organizations. Along her journey, she acquired skills in Art Therapy, Production Assembly, Quality Assurance, Administration, Supply Chain Management, with 15+ years of Customer Service. Mona connects with the public through music. She loves to sing, dance, and engage with communities. Artist Statement: Our natural environment is a vast land to be explored, observed, and unified by translating found materials into figurative or abstract forms. Through various art processes, I combine techniques to create beauty within disgarded materials and display these art pieces in community spaces.
