As a professional, I operate under the belief that value is found in what can’t be measured, but instead is rooted in a foundation built on integrity and accountability. In leadership, this is a given, but in business, this is the goal. My 17 years of experience has taught me that by aligning processes and priorities with product-centric frameworks and effectively measuring performance we can bridge the gap between intention and implementation in a risk free, compliant, and consumer-oriented environment. I joined Capital One in late 2010, taking the lead on optimizing data management and analytics, integrating Agile principles into business processes to enhance efficiency, capacity, and output, and finally stepping in as a Process Manager in 2018 where I successfully directed high performing sales teams, championed internal transformations, and flawlessly navigated business-level initiatives to enable automation and simplify sales engagements. In this time I’ve facilitated a 95% increase in GTM speed, identified savings in excess of $8.5M, secured a major $500k+ project buy-in, enabled 20-50% increases in workload, and introduced process improvements that decreased BAU by 40% in less than a year. My peers would describe me as a trusted thought leader, consensus builder, and solutions architect skilled at building and governing teams capable of supporting short- and long-range business plans, monitoring and mitigating risks, and developing strategies that can be integrated into operational pipelines. I have always strived to proactively and pragmatically lead while taking ownership of key, mission-critical decisions.
