About Mona Zonoozi

With a background in Business and Psychology and my enthusiasm for all things creative, I solve problems by weaving together business goals with user needs to create visually appealing solutions. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and spent a couple of years exploring different corporate environments, from business consulting to marketing. Over time, I discovered the world of User Experience (UX) Design, which perfectly combines my passion for solving business challenges with understanding human behaviour—and, of course, my knack for design. That’s why I pursued a post-graduate program in User Experience Design at Humber College, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of academic and real-world UX projects. It’s also where I fell in love with UX Research. On my days off, you’ll often find me hosting friends for a homemade Persian dinner🥘, discovering cozy local cafes, jogging‍, or dancing Brazilian zouk. I love traveling to new places, tasting exotic cuisines, and meeting fascinating people along the way.
