Project Detail: Project: Unemployment benefit department – modernized multiple system solutions and process improvements to efficiently manage the high volume of unemployment benefit claims Roles & Responsibilities: Support testing and quality review of new system applications and operational processes. Collaborate closely with functional team to identify business scenarios, test case variation and test data. Prepare test cases, test estimations, test execute plan, and capture test results in JIRA. Prepare and execute Manual testing of various system applications, and end to end operational processes. Identify areas for test automation; prepare test automation framework and test scripts using Selenium (Java) Support System Integration test (SIT), and Regression test. Prepare test documentation for users and support UAT execution. Support test data preparation and test result analysis. Prepare SQL queries for test data and data analysis. Defect reporting & analysis, and retest bug fixes. Facilitate quality reviews, and support system training. Support team in troubleshooting defects and addressing queries. Support testing status reporting and communication with technical, functional and client teams. Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with the state government regulations.
